 The love of nature, and exploring of minds; has always been a passion of mine. Completed education. Military served. Just trying to live my life the way my forefathers and ancestors would want me too..being respectful to all living things..

Residing in splendor; living in Maine, hiking and camping; are passions of mine. I live a simple, yet sometimes hectic life, ( I am a stay at home dad to three teenagers..)

My fires are forever burning, feel free to cast a branch upon the flames and ignite a new friendship..

People I admire most:Henry David Thoreau, and John Denver, My Mom, and those dedicated to preserving my rights and freedoms

Likes:
Writing poetry, spilling my points of view (even if not politically correct), burning the rubber on the cycle, expressing my so called artistic abilities, playing the gitt-fiddle,occasionally playing/learning to play the Native Flute, a good ol' campfire, company of friends and family, most of all..balance, harmony and being at peace..with myself, others, and with Mother Earth.I invite others to join my circle sharing common interests and beliefs.

Dislikes:
Know it All's, Abuse of any kind, conflict, Caos, and Traffic..I hate traffic..

I am an avid outdoors type, with an eclectic type personality. I get bored easily and  much prefer the mountainous regions over the city life.

     A personal statement and message;

As I continue to learn and understand the culture, history and traditions of the Native  people, I  become more aware of the importance of not letting go of the past.

Our history is one of  triumph and tradgedy, and should be shared by and with  all. Todays movements to educate  people and to appreciate our  traditions is a positive step to bringing attention to the events that made and are still changing history within our culture and our country.

The time for animosity, and hidden pride are past. We as a people and as a nation will not ever forget the many attrocities committed on the Native American peoples, but we can no longer harbor these feelings toward the  whiteman and the government.

We can however continue to honor and educate, not only our people, but  society as a whole  and as a nation.

We can raise our heads and pronounce we are proud of our heritage and say with a smile I am a Native American Indian, and proud of it. .. This I believe, is what our ancestors would have wanted. They are looking down on the new generations with pride in their hearts.

We must continue to move our spirits forward, and to further place the importance of our past in honor of our forefathers.

It is with great pride  that I pronounce that I am of Native culture, heritage, and spirit, and I too am hopeful that one day, my children and their children will say with pride the same.

 I hope you enjoyed  my website and visit often..
